FOR FAMILIES
Enrolment Information
If you are interested in a place at Natural Steps Preschool please fill out our form here or alternatively call us on
(02) 4991 28012 and a staff member will be in contact shortly. If we have a place for you, we will meet you and your child and take you on a tour of our prechool, to ensure it is a good fit for your family.
Payment of fees is through Direct Debit. This system offers our families secure payment options, as direct debit is one of the safest ways to pay bills. It also provides the convenience of ensuring your account is paid on time without the hassle of manual processing. Fees must always be kept up to date to avoid a late payment fee.
To find out the daily fees for our centers please contact us.
The NSW Government has introduced the Start Strong Fee Relief Program 2023 for families of children aged 4+ years to apply for funding to reduce upfront costs of fees for Long Day Care. For more information on the Start Strong Fee Relief Program and eligibility, please click here.

Child care subsidy
All families using an approved early childhood service in Australia may be eligible to apply for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) through Centrelink. The CCS replaces the previous Child Care Benefit (CCB) and Child Care Rebate (CCR) with a single, means-tested subsidy. Families need to complete a Child Care Subsidy assessment online via the myGov website to determine their eligibility and entitlements.
The Child Care Subsidy is paid directly to providers, which allows families to receive a fee reduction. Families are responsible for paying the difference between the childcare fee and the subsidy amount. Full fees are required until the centre receives confirmation of the Child Care Subsidy (CCS). To view if you are able to claim the subsidy click here.
